Due to the lack of time, I will be able to attend only a few book signings throughout the country. If you are interested in reserving a personalized and signed copy of the "Death of the Phoenix" please fill out the form below and click "Submit". The cost of the hardcover book will be the regular price of $27.95 plus $4.95 for shipping and handling. The Author intends to donate $2.00 of your purchase price to the benefit of endangered children around the world.
There will only be 2,500 of these limited edition books printed and they are are only available through this web site. The regular edition books will be available in bookstores and from online booksellers.
To be able to personalize your copy, or in the event you wish to give it to a friend, I need some information about the recipient. Please attach that information in the text field below. Since the books will not be available before the end of March 2009, I do not want to charge you for this book until that time.
